Kisawa Sanctuary launches Solo Escapist, an open invitation to single travellers to discover the beauty of Benguerra Island on their own rhythm. Welcoming solo explorers seeking meaningful connection with themselves and their surroundings.

About

Devised by Kisawa’s General Manager, Nazik Amrani, Solo Escapist emerges from a vision to welcome more single travellers to sub-Saharan Africa—a region often overlooked on solo journey itineraries.

Set across 300 hectares of coastal wilderness, solo guests are invited to explore the beauty of the Bazaruto Archipelago —from pristine beaches and turquoise waters to cultural traditions and scientific immersions through the team at BCSS.


Solo Escapist includes:

  • €1000 reduction on the rate of the One-Bedroom Residence
    – in the Kisawa Guest Experience in All Inclusive
  • A personalised massage experience at the Natural Wellness Center (60 minutes)
  • A daily 45-minutes private yoga session, adapted to skill level and personal mindset, for the duration of your stay.

  • Iyashi Dome Welcome Treatment for 60 minutes at the Natural Wellness Center (NWC). For children 14 and under, a 30-minute adaptation will be offered (this experience is not transferable)
  • Nature powered water sports: Sea kayaking, stand-up paddle and beach snorkelling
  • Select Kisawa Adventures: sunset sailing on the Kisawa dhow, island tours (walking and/or 4x4), nature hikes, beach football, dune and sunset cocktails, rock fishing, and tchuva (subject to weather conditions).
