Stay at Kisawa for four nights or more and combine a personalised discovery of the island with a guided daily yoga practice.
Each day the location of your one hour yoga class will be changed, to promote synchronisation of your internal rhythm with the seven surrounding ecosystems.
Salute the sun from locations such as sunset at Ponta Mutsita where the mighty ocean meets the peaceful cove or greet sunrise at the pinnacle of the Baracca beach dune.
