Indian Ocean Romance

Introducing Kisawa’s Ocean Residences

December 2022

December sees the opening of Kisawa Sanctuary’s three spectacular one-bedroom Ocean Residences, located on the eastern shoreline of Benguerra Island’s southern peninsula. Sitting high amid the branches of this tropical forest setting, each Residence offers panoramic views across the glimmering shades of the Indian Ocean, from every outlook of its award winning design.

Ocean Residence guests will experience life in harmony with the elements of one of the most beautiful and unexplored oceans in the world, rising and sleeping to the soft rhythm of tumbling waves, fresh salt air, sweet birdsong and an uninterrupted horizon.

In addition to all the benefits of Kisawa’s guest experience rate, including a private service team, personal infinity pool, shaded day area & outdoor kitchen, a dedicated electronic mini moke and one acre of privacy between each dwelling – each Ocean Residence also has swimming access via a steep path to the waves. The swimming spot is located close by the Ocean Mussassa – our ceviche and crudo bar, serving refreshments at lunch into the late afternoon.

For those guests wishing to visit the calm, cove side of the sanctuary, we provide an exclusive position at the base of the peninsula for private swimming, lounging and deck chair attendance.

Ideal for couples and those seeking the upmost privacy, the Ocean Residences possess a natural romance for the sea that is felt within each bespoke interior and resonates throughout our team and the island itself.
