At Kisawa, sustainability is our approach – a way to do things – and we have had immense fun creating a relationship with our surroundings, both human and physical.

Kisawa’s first annual impact report, written in collaboration with the Bazaruto Center for Scientific Studies (BCSS) dives deeper into our work in 2023, intertwining environmental, social, governance (ESG) elements within our unique “Resort to Research” partnership.

By embracing a holistic sustainability approach and incorporating common performance areas, jointly collected databases have guided science-based decisions at Kisawa Sanctuary & BCSS.
